Meatloaf with mushroom stuffing
Autumn gives us gifts..! To soups and casseroles..! Salads and rolls..! And at the end of the list..! Fruits, vegetables in the middle..! And the menu become richer..! We have a lot of recipes..! Select one consolation..! Can't make it.. but the notes below were. Here is another recipe! Stuffed meatloaf..! Coat his meat.. and filling the whole mushroom..! Delicious! Gentle! Flavorful! On the table is always nice..! For myself and for friends...! Bake quickly..!

Ingredients

  • Veal

    900 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Spices

    2 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Meat to cut the piece in half lengthwise and open like a book

Remove excess membrane and fat and very good to recapture both sides. RUB with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Leave for 15 minutes.

Mushrooms and onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil Ideal. ( a little salt.)

Trim the edges of the meat layer ( the pursuit of the rectangle preferably..) I step back a Little from the edges, put the chopped parsley, and in the center, sauteed mushrooms and onions.

Tie the roll with cooking string ( if not on hand you can use regular cotton thread, without dyes)

Optionally, roll fry in a pan ( I do it when there is beef. Veal not fried)

Wrap loaf in foil and send bake in a preheated oven 190-200%. Look ready, ( it takes me 50 - 60 minutes). Who likes cheese, get 5 minutes until cooked, remove the cooking string, sprinkle with cheese and another 5 minutes in the oven.
