Biscuits
Have you ever tried a cookie, which is made from boiled eggs? If not, come treat!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Hard-boiled eggs, warm to RUB on a small grater. Add mayonnaise, softened butter and cognac. Stir well. I additionally broke immersion blender until smooth.

In a separate bowl mix 6 tbsp sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add sugar (3 to 4 tablespoons, be guided by your taste). I used cane sugar Demerara from the Mistral. The resulting mixture combine with the egg and knead the dough.

Pay attention, because the flour is all different, its amount may vary. Therefore, after mixing of the mass I put flour on the spoon. Only flour that I used, it took 10 tbsp Dough consistency should be as for photos - ability to keep the shape.

From the resulting dough make small balls or put the dough with a spoon on the baking tray lined with baking paper (or silicone Mat). Bake at 180 deg. about 30-35 minutes (until dry matches, but not overdry).

The finished cookies sprinkled with powdered sugar or cover with icing.
