Products is better to take out of the fridge to accelerate the process of freezing ice cream.
Soak gelatine according to the instructions, then heat the cream and omit the gelatin in them. Dissolve with stirring and cool.
Peeled kiwi and cucumber with the skin to blend with the mint leaves until smooth.
Add condensed milk and again to break all together. Pour a solution of gelatin in cream, mix well. Pour the mixture into ice cream maker and allow to thicken.
Marshmallows cut into small cubes, dipping the knife in hot water.
