Bread soup dessert
Vintage dessert Latvian peasants, but in our time it is sold in Latvia and everywhere, in any supermarket, served in a tiny cafe! He was so good that it "cat got your tongue"... I do not wait when it is cold and trying to warm! But the most delicious-chilled, with whipped cream!

For authentic taste need is a colander, not a blender, as stated in the Internet with lots of videos-not! There needs handmade, with soul, to feel the bread, not sticky mass. My friend bought even a colander for this soup.
