Millefeuille of vegetables and cheese
Offer a very interesting option cold snacks.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Mash

    30 g

  • Soda

    1 piece

  • Feta

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 piece

Cooking

Eggplant cut into slices and fry on the grill or frying pan on each side, until soft.

Pepper bake in the oven until black markings. Folded in the package for 10 minutes, then remove the skin and slice into squares.
