Salmon teriyaki with zucchini and bell peppers in spicy marinade
As they say: "Why invent the wheel if it is already"?;) So I was thinking today, when going to cook the salmon. Thanks have Kikkoman sauce marinade Teriyaki, which we will marinate the fish and the sauce for cooking Sukiyaki, which will help us to make our vegetables delicious, bright and healthy. Shall we?

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Marinate them in Teriyaki sauce for 40 minutes.

Zucchini cut into thin long strips, of a thickness of 3mm.

Bell pepper remove seeds and cut into large strips.

Make a marinade for vegetables. To do this, take the pear, peel it from the skin and seeds. Garlic clean.

Grate the pear and garlic on a small grater, add the sauce for cooking Sukiyaki, natural brewed soy sauce and vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.

To marinate the vegetables and leave them to marinate, until ready for frying fish.

Now prepare two frying pans. Fish preferably a pan – grill, which must be pre-lubricated 0.5 tsp. of vegetable oil. For vegetables, of course, would be a great wok, but I have, so I took a large heavy pan. At the same time our heats the pan and at the same time fry the fish and vegetables. The fish on each side for 3 minutes. Vegetables until all the liquid is evaporated.
