Dear cooks and guests! I offer an unusual dessert. The persimmon itself is wonderful fruit. I recently watched the TV series "Magnificent century". In this beautiful Turkish film I saw Hurem Sultan eats something stuffed persimmons. I became very interested, and I began to seek out where possible the sources of the cuisine, but rather dishes prepared under Sultan Suleiman. Cooking
Prepare the persimmons. Washed fruit put on the stem.
Cut out circles with a diameter of 2 - 2.5 cm. It can be done with nail scissors.
Teaspoon take out the contents, leaving the walls about 5mm of flesh.
We will only need half of the pulp. Grind it to the size of dark beans. The rest you can eat.

Mix the cream with the protein. All the ingredients are mixed and stuffed with persimmons. This amount is just enough for three large fruit.
