Cottage cheese and cherry terrine
Very delicate curd dessert that will be appreciated by adults and kids. In the summer heat the terrine has to be very helpful. To cook it you can not only cherry, but other seasonal berries and fruits. By the way this dessert can be offered at Breakfast and at lunch as main dish.

Ingredients

Cooking

First, all the sugar must be converted into sugar with the help of kitchen appliances. Soak gelatine in a little cold water for 15 minutes. In a separate bowl put the cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla 60 g sugar powder. Pierce the mass in a blender to avoid lumps.

Gelatin mix with milk and heat it until dissolved, strain through a sieve cottage cheese, mix well.

You can take a special form for terranov or the regular muffin tin and cover it with cling film. Spread 1/2 the curd mass in the form. Spread on top of cherries. The size of my form, 20*10 cm

Pour the remaining cherries with the cheese mass, flatten. The top of the form to cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator at least 3-4 hours.

To make the sauce. For this cherry punch in a blender with the wine and icing sugar. For children cherry punch with powdered sugar. Pour the sauce in a sauceboat.

Remove the terrine from the mold on a dish, remove the film and cut into portions. If the terrine was prepared without a film, then to remove it you can heat the sides and bottom of the dryer. To serve the terrine watering sauce. Bon appetit!
