Salmon in grape leaves grilled
Juicy, spicy fish. The original way to bake salmon at the picnic. Idea from Julia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    4 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

  • Leaf vine

    4 piece

  • Seasoning

    0.25 tsp

Salmon, I salmon, cut into fillets, bones removed leave the skin. Cut into pieces with a thickness of 1-1,5 see

Prepare the marinade. Take soy sauce TM Kikkoman, add crushed garlic, minced herbs (I had cilantro and dill), olive oil and svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers.

Pour the marinade into the salmon fillet and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Fresh vine leaves, wash, fill with boiling water, leave for 2 minutes. Recline in a colander.

Each salmon fillet is wrapped in a strip of smoked bacon.

Take a sheet of grape with the rough side up, with the edge put the salmon fillet in bacon.

Wrap into a tube. Pierce a wooden skewer.
