Rice with mushrooms in Chinese
Very interesting and simple recipe. Composed of rice, mushrooms, soy sauce. The mushrooms I added are what I had at the moment. A very interesting and rich in taste dish turned out. Love to share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Water

    4 cup

Here our products. I cooked this dish in a slow cooker, but cooking it in the pan.

Mushrooms (China-Chinese, you take whatever for what it is, I'm having mushrooms with a unique mushroom taste) fry in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Then add the boiled water and rice (in this recipe I use parboiled).

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman". Close the lid and cook 35 minutes.
