Cooking
To prepare the products.
Pumpkin cut into segments and cut into thin ribbons with a vegetable peeler.
Pumpkin ribbons and sprinkle with spices (I have Provencal herbs + chilli flakes) and drizzle with olive oil and mix. In this form it can already be used, but my pumpkin was completely bad. And since when heated the spices better give a flavor, I podpeca pumpkin with spices in the form of high-temperature under the grill for about three minutes, adding more crushed cloves of garlic.
To prepare the sauce: grind dried tomatoes, chop the tomatoes, the garlic cloves and crush with a knife.
All the ingredients to send to the blender and blend until smooth. On request there you can add nuts or seeds. The resulting mass dilute the olive oil until your desired consistency of the sauce. If you need to bring to taste by adding salt/pepper/spices (I had enough spice from the dried tomatoes).
Put the finished ribbon on the sauce and sprinkle with seeds of choice. Here's a simple way to get all the vitamins straight from the garden to the plate, while emphasizing their taste. Options spices and seeds can be read below.
