Now gazpacho is a cold soup made of raw vegetables, often with tomatoes, but again, a lot of people - not necessarily! Recipes gazpacho today as the sand in the sea... I have a General impression that ANY pureed vegetables can form the basis of a gazpacho. I was often in Spain - never! I was not able to try two identical gazpacho... from Here by Association (remember the "clean meat"?) - so that turned "every muchacha your gazpacho". By the way, in order to avoid misunderstandings - muchacha (Spanish muchacha) girl. So I have my own gazpacho - gold... bright summer!

Just mix with lemon juice or lime juice. A small piece of cucumber, cherry tomatoes and herbs prepared for serving meals. Try - correct taste... Use gentleman's set - salt/pepper... Pepper grinder better! For acid you can add vinegar (but islyuchitelno wine or Apple cider) or lemon juice. Add garlic dressing, stir and poured into plates... And the dish!

By the WAY, I want to note that often the garlic mix with a slice of bread and olive oil. The oil should soak some bread. Then grind. I refused the bread... the muchacha or not? - watching the waistline or not? And for the men some bread!!!

And even as an option - sometimes the tomatoes are cleaned from the skin (dipped in boiling water, etc. - the process known to all), and paprika baked... But we agreed - no degrees... summer COLD soup - refreshing! ***Also, if you feel the soup is thick then add mineral water... Who loves thicker - NOT breeds! ***I want to draw attention! Instead of bread it is possible to use bread crumbs... Tomatoes it is possible to use from banks - for pizza. ***When applying you can apply crushed ice, croutons, slices of fresh vegetables. But fresh ground vegetables - favorites! ***Also - optionally in the soup you can add... add that to your heart's content, but put it on the table in separate plates - everyone will choose to their taste! So quick, simple, bright and refreshing summer soup!
