Cheesecake with chocolate and almonds
For me, as for most, the main criterion for Breakfast: quick, tasty, useful. So when I saw this recipe in the cooking blog of one chef, we decided to make it and to share it with you.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Mint

Cooking

Almonds lightly fry in a dry pan and grind in a blender into crumbs.

Take cheese. If it is grains, we suggest that pre-wipe through a sieve. Add to the cream cheese egg, sugar, vanillin, semolina, crushed almonds. All mix well until smooth.

Take chocolate (any desired), break into small pieces (slices). Osipyan from the test piece formed the "cake" and on each put a slice of chocolate.

Shape the cheesecakes.

Take oatmeal "Hercules" from "Mistral".

Slightly grind the flakes in a blender.

Dip cheese pancakes oat flakes.

In a pan pour vegetable oil, heat, lay cheese cakes.

Fry on medium heat until Browning on each side (about 3-5 minutes each side). Serve hot sprinkled with powdered sugar. Optionally serve with sour cream, jam, condensed milk. Decorate with mint leaves. Good morning to You!
