Cheese pie with tomatoes
A wonderful cheese cake with tomatoes, cheese and cottage cheese. Is impossible to put down. Good for a snack and picnic.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Sour cream

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Allspice

  • Cherry tomatoes

For the pie filling to grate cheese, finely chop the Basil, cook the butter, sour cream, cheese.

Mix the cottage cheese, grated cheese, butter, finely chopped Basil, sour cream.

Take 2 eggs, beat with salt, pepper and add soy sauce "Kikkoman". Squeeze out the garlic cloves. Gradually add prepared curd.

In a greased and covered with parchment the form to lay out the puff pastry, prick it and bake for 10 minutes.

On baked puff pastry spread the filling and top with the dent in it cut in half the cherry tomatoes, season with salt to taste.

Now bake for another 35 minutes at 180 degrees. Cake cool and carefully remove from the mold. Cheese cake is ready!
