Cooking
For the longest time, then took a cooking beets - roasting or boiling. If you do this in advance (in the evening), in preparation you'll spend a lot less time. I baked the beets in the oven, so I still needed a foil. To prepare the apples and beets in the batter will also need baking paper.
The beets clean, wrap in foil, put in baking dish and put in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 200 degrees. If you do carrots - it also needs to pre-bake or boil. But apples and pears do not require additional baking.
Make the caramelized cereal. In hot pan pour olive oil. Pour cereal. Fry on medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes.
Add the sugar and constantly stir. Cereal covered with caramel.
Pour cereal on a plate and cool.
Prepared beets cut into slices with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
