Courgettes (zucchini) with cilantro on radicova
Well, if squash season in the yard, I want to tell you how I prepare them. The recipe is borrowed in one of the best restaurants on the island. Quick and easy to prepare, and the minimum set of products and a great flavor combination will not leave you indifferent! Judge for yourself!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Green onions

    26 g

  • Cilantro

    10 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Radishes

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Water

    60 ml
