  • Cabbage

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Tomato paste

    4 tsp

  • Sauce

    3 tsp

  • Salt

  • Dill

  • Cucumber

For this dish we will need the beans - I chose the mix TM Mistral. Soak 100g beans in cold water overnight and in the morning rinse and boil in a very large amount of water (the bean broth will continue to use the hodgepodge).

While cooking the beans, prepare the vegetables: Nachinaem the cabbage, carrots grate on a coarse grater, mushrooms cut slices and pickles cubes of medium size.

Mushrooms put in a pot, pour a little water, a little sunflower, boil three minutes and add the beans, all vegetables except cucumber and water from the beans. Stew for 5-10 minutes. Then add the tomato sauce, dill and salt (to taste, about 1/3 teaspoon) and leave to simmer on a fairly high heat for 10 minutes. Add cucumbers and 5 minutes.

Solyanka is ready! Before serving, a good sprinkle of fresh green onions. Serve soup can be both hot and cold.
