Description
Somehow my husband was fascinated by the TV series "the Sopranos", and in this series the characters are constantly eating some kind of dish called Ziti. Ate with a good appetite, so we also wanted to try what it is. The recipe was found online, adapted themselves and were preparing constantly. So if you love pasta, sausage, tomato sauce and cheese, you too will surely enjoy this recipe.

Cooking
Cut sausages. If you use sausage, you can cut into slices. The main thing - that the pieces were not very large. I used two kinds of sausages, but in General, the more different types of sausages-sausages-bass on the count you use, the better it turns out. The three cheese. You can use any hard cheese, I used Parmesan. Cut olives into rings.
Slightly fry the sausages. Turn off the gas and add the capsicum and red hot pepper to taste.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions, but 2 minutes less. It's important that the pasta is not turned overcooked because then they will absorb the tomato sauce. Recline in a colander.
Cook the sauce. If you use tomatoes in own juice, you should first grind them in a blender. I immediately took the pureed tomatoes. Bring the sauce to a boil, salt, pepper, add dried Basil. You can use fresh Basil, garlic or other seasonings to taste. BUT if you use fresh herbs or garlic, it is better to first process the sauce in a blender, and then cook it.
Now mix all the ingredients together. And a few minutes to "marry" them together on a slow fire, stirring constantly.
Grease the form of olive oil and spread the first layer of ziti, sprinkle it with cheese. Then we put everything else, sprinkle with cheese and olives spread on top. You can just put all and sprinkle with the cheese, but we love it when a lot of cheese :-) Put in oven at 200 degrees until the cheese is lightly browned. My oven copes with it for 15-20 minutes.
Take out of the oven. And faster to feed a hungry husband :)
Bon appetit! I would be very glad if you too will like this dish!
