Pate with red wine and Parmesan cheese powder
Last weekend, that would fill out the table with hearty snacks decided to cook again. All the guests appreciated the combination of Parmesan and liver sauteed in red wine. Bowl of liver pate was empty the next morning! Bon appetit, AA.

Ingredients

  • Liver Turkey

    200 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Bow white

    0.5 piece

  • Semi-dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Parmesan

    15 g

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

The liver is pour the milk and leave for at least an hour. Finely chop the onion, fry until Golden brown. -Not to shed tears over onions, dip of hands and the knife in ice water-a very powerful tool!
