Greek bread with olives in olive oil... delicious, flavorful, lean. It can also be eaten as a cake - for Breakfast or just tea...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Yeast

    1.5 piece

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Olive oil

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Olives

    30 piece

In warm water dissolve the yeast.
