Description

Cooking

step-0
Recipe of the sponge cake I found on the website "Eat at home". That's what we need for him.
step-1
Separate the whites from the yolks.
step-2
Proteins whisk with 0.5 tbsp. sugar.
step-3
I managed to achieve such consistency.
step-4
Add the yolks to 0,5 tbsp. sugar and whisk.
step-5
But then I'm having some difficulty. Honey sent into a saucepan and place on the stove for reheating.
step-6
Add slaked soda ( by the way, I thought it a bit much). Note: the pot should be spacious and with high walls, or under the influence of soda honey "hat" wants to leave the container.
step-7
It happened to me as well
step-8
I had to look for another saucepan. While I was busy, not keep track of honey-soda mixture and overexposed. We need to achieve only a light-brown streaks, and not radiance bronze :D Well, lesson learned.
step-9
Gently mix the egg yolks with half of the whipped proteins.
step-10
Then add the flour.
step-11
Further, we are in an accident honey...
step-12
... and the remaining squirrels (not to be confused with the adorable red-headed inhabitants of the forests).
step-13
Spread the batter in greased with vegetable oil form and sent in a preheated (!) to 180 degrees oven. Keep the cake until done (about an hour).
step-14
Prepare Apple cream. Brushed from the skin and seeds of apples to be heated on the stove until tender.
step-15
Blend it until desired consistency ( I have less "smooth", with pieces of apples).
step-16
Mix 300g of sour cream 0.5 tbsp. sugar (preferably with a whisk beat the mixture until creamy).
step-17
The sour cream with sugar added Apple "neopore" (well, in my case).
step-18
Now get to black currant cream. 200g cream whipped again with 0.5 tbsp. sugar.
step-19
Cooking together helps us to grind the berries.
step-20
And then we add them to the sour cream with sugar.
step-21
And now you can collect the cake! Cake I cut into 3 parts and each cake impregnated with a mixture of jam with water.
step-22
The first cake I missed currant cream.
step-23
The following - Apple.
step-24
The last one I soaked the remnants of the Apple cream and left him farewell coconut.
