Onion puff pastry pie
Very tasty and quick puff pastry. When prepared, the scent is stunning. But how delicious!

Ingredients

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    0.250 kg

  • Cumin

  • Nutmeg

  • Cheese

    50 g

Cooking

Bacon cut into cubes.

Fry the bacon in a pan without adding oil until the fat melts.

The white part of the leeks cut into rings and add to the bacon. Add salt, cumin, and nutmeg. Fry everything for 10 minutes.

Beat eggs with a whisk.

Add the sour cream.

Beat again with a whisk.

Add fried onions and bacon.

Add the grated cheese.

Mix well.

Pre-thawed dough lightly roll out and put into a form, to make bumpers.
