Cooking
Apples peeled, cut into large cubes, in a glass container to bring in the microwave until tender (5 to 10 minutes) depending on the apples. Cool.
For cake: beat with a mixer eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk and vegetable oil. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture. Mix well. Pour into glass form (bowl, i.e. wider than the top, the bottom already), oiled. 12 minutes in the microwave at full power (900 W)
Sour cream mixed with sugar and vanilla sugar. Gelatin to dissolve in minimum quantity of hot water, cool slightly (but not to cool), and a thin stream pour in the sour cream, beating well with a mixer at the same time. 5 minutes in the refrigerator, and again vzbit.
Ready cake. Overturn the wider part down.
Cut out the middle, leaving the same walls, the bottom of the cut piece cut off and return to the most. The lower part of the tree ready.
From small parts just again cut out the middle. Make the Christmas tree and with a knife cut the bottom part so the top spoke above it (tree branches)

Trim crust, apples and half of the cream to mix the stuffing for the Christmas tree. Carefully fill level by level. With a knife in a circle of second and third level to cut small triangles (for more similarity with a tree)
Lubricates the cream starting from the bottom layer, so that subsequent accumulates on the previous one (snow on the tree)
