In a small saucepan consistently mix the ingredients for the base of our balls: 3 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder 3 tbsp sugar (no slides), 4 tbsp cocoa powder (no slides), 9 tbsp sour cream, 5 tbsp vegetable oil and 9 tablespoons of flour.
