Cake
That got me a very unusual cake recipe, or rather for my family it is unusual because I've never cooked before. Easy to prepare, inexpensive ingredients, unusual in appearance and taste, but very tasty. On the website it was not found, so I decided to share with you.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.333 tsp

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    3 slice

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
Whisk the egg yolks with butter
step-1
Add the yolks to the sugar and slaked soda. All whisk. Beat preferably until complete dissolution of sugar, then the cake becomes more lush
step-2
Gradually introduce the flour and whisk until smooth
step-3
Shape (small size) with parchment, grease it with vegetable oil. The dough spread in the form and put in preheated to 180 degrees oven. Bake until tender about 20-30 minutes depending on the oven. After baking take out and let cool
step-4
Prepare a soufflé. Gelatin fill with water, leave - give it to swell. Then heated on the fire, stirring all the time, but do not boil! Cooled to room temperature
step-5
Proteins whisk with sugar in tight foam and add lemon juice or acid. Whisk. Add the cooled gelatin. Stir with a whisk
step-6
In water bath 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil melt 3 squares of chocolate, more then the dark part of the soufflé is darker. Divide souffle into two parts. In one of them add the melted chocolate and mix well to a homogeneous color
step-7
Now we take our cake along with the paper and shape and begin alternately to spread the light, the dark soufflé (as in the cake "Zebra"). Only it is necessary to do everything quickly, because souffle gelatin hardens quickly. Spread until, until you put all souffle
step-8
From top to decorate or make a drawing with a toothpick. Refrigerate for 2 hours until fully cured
step-9
The cake is ready! Bon appetit!
