Description
Decided to alright in holodilnike, which found a lot of interesting things. Thus was born the idea of the salad "A La national solyanochka". I hope you'll also enjoy the salad as mine.
Ingredients

Cooking
Zucchini wash, peel and remove seeds.
Grate (I used a grater for Korean carrot :-)).
Prepare marinade: to do this, combine all the ingredients for the marinade, season with salt, if desired, add sugar, mix well. Pour this marinade our grated zucchini, mix well. Cover with cling film and put into the fridge for 30– 60 minutes for marinating.
At this time, boil the eggs.
Cucumber wash, grate (I had uninstalled previously in cucumber peel, because I don't love her, but possible not to do that :-)).
Carrots wash, peel and grate.
Shred cabbage thin strips.
Tomato cut into thin slices. All to connect.
Add the marinated zucchini (without the marinade!!!). For those who don't like marinated, lightly fry the zucchini in the marinade, in which it was marinated, without adding oil!!! In this case, the vinegar evaporates and the result is less of an issue ;-).
Add mayonnaise (I spice have added a "Calve. Sauce for ravioli with wild mushrooms and My FAMILY. The sauce for the macaroni and Cheddar cheese" ;-)).
Salt, pepper to taste. All mix well.
Put in a serving dish and decorate (I don't have time to do that. My came down and all the time eaten :-[ :\'( ). Bon appetit!!!
