Description
This recipe is very like my home and all of our friends because of tender and very juicy taste for meat, which is so thanks to the marinade of soy sauce Kikkoman less salt and fresh ginger. Typically, this marinade add the garlic, but I decided to experiment and not a mistake. The meat is just gorgeous. And I can shamelessly say that this recipe lamb is much tastier than any steak house!)

Cooking
1. We prepare our products.
2. Agneta cut the loin into portions.
3. Prepare the marinade - mix the soy sauce, honey, mustard and rosemary.
4. Peel the ginger root, cut into pieces and put in the mill/blender.
5. Grind ginger and add it to the marinade of soy sauce.
6. Put in marinade rack of lamb and leave for 4-5 hours (I left overnight).
7. After some time marinated meat put on a baking sheet with foil.
9. Wrap and send in a preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes, no more. After 20 minutes reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, open the foil and leave for another 10 minutes to brown the meat.
10. After 30 minutes baking in the oven our dish is ready! I love to serve rack of lamb, watering it a little soy sauce. Bon appetit!
