Description

In General, strudel is a German dish and is prepared differently. So I decided to experiment. I got almost Ukrainian, awesome hearty dish! These air swirls with garlic!!! Mmmm!!! Try it! It's very simple and so delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    1 pack

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

The dough for strudla is made from kefir, eggs, salt, soda and flour - not very tight... So I test with no friends, and did not bother. Took a package regular puff dough and put out to thaw.

Wash the chicken, chop coarsely, sprinkle with spices and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
