This zapekanka appeared in our family in 2007. Planned another meeting with friends. From appetizers prepared as usual – baked chicken drumsticks du jour salads, pickles and all that. One friend wanted something new, he offered to cook something from eggs, but not eggs of course. I looked in the fridge, and stumbled upon drying the residue of sausage cheese, dried up bacon and decided to revive, i.e. to use for casseroles with eggs. Friends were delighted, shattered casserole with a BANG! The interesting thing is that the finished casserole looks like a sweet sweet cake. After this incident, casserole well accustomed we have become a traditional speciality. Special tricks in cooking no no.

Beat eggs with mayonnaise.
On a fine grater grate the cheese. To make cheese easier to grate, place it for 10 minutes in the freezer. Mix with the eggs.
Tried to replace a simple sausage cheese processed cheese, but alas, the beauty of taste is lost. It smoked crust sausage cheese creates a taste of casseroles. Optional, for spice, you can cut thin strips of bacon. I rarely make bacon, because it doesn't always have in the fridge, but believe me, the taste of this casserole is even more smoked and unique. Whole ready weight put in a greased form (I always use glass refractory, because it shows the condition of casserole) and send in a preheated 200°C oven for 30-40 min. Stay on top of the casserole, it should be covered with a Golden crust. Then reduce the heat to low and give min 10 grilled inside.
