Aubergine casserole
I try to surprise and please your loved ones, when we gather together at the table. I suggest to you to cook this very tender and juicy casserole that will not leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    3 Tbsp

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Eggplant cut into plates along the 0.5 cm thick. Fry in vegetable oil.

Beans stew in a pan. Chop the carrots, onions and beans, the squash grate.

In forcemeat add cereal, onion, sour cream, carrots, beans, zucchini, salt and seasoning for minced meat. Knead well.

Deep in a round shape like a fan, lay the eggplant overlapping.

The eggplant stuffing. Free edges of the eggplant cover the meat. Put in oven for 40-50 minutes.

Periodically look into the oven. If the stuffing let a little liquid pour water, to not burnt. (I have minced allowed a lot of liquid, water I have not added)

Take out from the oven, let cool and turn over onto a plate.

Cut into slices and enjoy!
