Casserole of zucchini with mushrooms
I love dishes of zucchini. And my husband doesn't like them. To "cheat", made a tender zapekanku. The taste of the squash combined with mushrooms has changed a bit. Casserole is "gone" for 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

Zucchini grate, add the egg, flour and soda. To make the dough as pumpkin fritters. It should "drip" off the spoon (not leaking). Form of grease with butter and evenly spread 2/3 of the dough. Put in a preheated 200 deg. oven for about 15 minutes until Golden brown. Prepare the filling: mushrooms and onions to chop, fry.
