Chocolate fondant
Simple recipe of fine chocolate treats with liquid soft filling. You will need only 15 minutes to please loved ones with amazing taste of this dessert!

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    80 g

  • Flour

    30 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Rum

    10 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    4 tsp

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Berry

Prepare the ingredients.

In a water bath melt the chocolate and butter.

Beat egg with sugar.

Enter them in the melted chocolate, stirring with a whisk. Add the rum. Then enter the sifted flour and mix well with a whisk.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Tins of grease and sprinkle with cocoa.

Fill the form and send the dough for 5-7 minutes in the oven. If longer hold the ramekins in the oven, the liquid filling will not work!

Cool for 5 minutes, then gently turn on a plate. Serve this dessert warm need, cutting the middle, so that the filling spilled out onto the plate. You can decorate a scoop of ice cream, mint or your favorite fruit.
