Cream spaghetti with chicken
Chinese cabbage and chicken - this is the "winter" ingredients in Japanese cuisine. It is believed that such food warms the body.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    150 g

  • Chicken thigh

    200 g

  • Cabbage Chinese

    400 g

  • Oyster mushrooms

    150 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. Cut chicken thighs, Chinese cabbage, mushrooms portioned pieces (thigh is better to mix in a bowl with 1 tbsp sake (if using) and leave for 15 mins, it will remove the smell and make the meat softer).

2. In a large skillet, sauté the chicken pieces until Golden brown, add the mushrooms.

3. Add the Bok Choy (first on the bottom - thick white part on top to cover the thin leaves), season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, pour over the cream.

4. Simmer on medium heat for 8 minutes under a lid, stirring occasionally.

5. Boil spaghetti. Put it on plates, add the fact that we did it in 4.:)
