Recipe from the category very economical. And another plus - a minimum of dirty dishes. The native name of the dish I do not remember, as I read it about ten years ago in some culinary magazine.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    200 g

  • Vermicelli

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

  • Vegetable oil

Really a very economical recipe, it's just those products which will need.

Pork cut into small cubes (preferably until the end to defrost if you take frozen easier to cut), chop onions. The onions and meat and fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil.

Pour noodles on top of onions and pork, Stir and fry until light brown.

Pour into the pan of boiling water to cover the contents. Pepper, salt, and add Bay leaf. Cover and cook, without disturbing, over low heat until the liquid is evaporated. Off when the vermicelli is slightly browned. Mix and slightly warm.

When you desire meat, you can add more, but with such a small number it seems like a lot.
