A set of simple products.

...and a glass of "Hercules". I left for half an hour for swelling of cereals.
While "Hercules" thinks about their behavior, let us "dry" part of the cupcake. In the sifted flour add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, mix well.
In the dry mixture, add pumpkin, add soda, slaked vinegar (1 tsp soda and 1 tbsp of vinegar). If you use baking powder, it was necessary to mix with flour.
I have silicone molds - they do not need to grease before baking. Fill a third...
Put in a well-heated oven. The original recipe was given to all 15 minutes, but I missed my baked half an hour. Until Golden brown, but not quite to the end... And, meanwhile, prepare the glaze: protein (you can easily do a half volume), whipped with 2 tbsp sugar, but not to the "steep peaks", but simply in the foam - we do not need the hat, and icing...
Remove our products from the oven, cover with glaze...
... sprinkle with seeds and put in oven for 5 minutes.
Breakfast to morning coffee, these "energizers" is a great alternative to boring oatmeal)
