Pancakes
Do not be afraid of the name and appearance of these pancakes... It's just buckwheat vegetable pancakes, so they are dark... but they are so delicious that they can persuade to gluttony, so be careful! Apparently, with this and related their name. Recipe source: the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Rye flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    600 ml

Mix buckwheat and rye flour (rye if not, replace the wheat). Pour a glass of boiling water, knead and RUB with a spoon so that the flour is ready to be poured.

Leave this mixture for 10 minutes. Then add another Cup of already warm water. Mix the dough until smooth. The dough should be like thick cream.

Add flour (I added more flax, but is not necessarily). Pour more warm water (about one Cup).
