Irish oatmeal bread
A very easy option tasty and healthy bread. Something like a cupcake. While everyone is asleep, prepare it and surprise your family with fresh, hot bread for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    225 g

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Oat flour

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Raisins

Cooking

Soak the oats in yogurt overnight. In the morning add to the baking powder, salt and oil, mix.

Added raisins, seeds, nuts, sesame seeds, again mix.

Added the flour (I have rye, took less than a Cup). Get a thick and sticky dough. Spread in the form greased.

On top I sprinkled with Nigella spice and in the oven for 35-40 minutes, 180 degrees. Readiness check with a toothpick.
