I don't know how he's an American, but that's what it's called on the website Good food. I did half a serving and I think this is another easy one, but the original recipe in order to attach the chicken breast. And it's not even a cake, and an independent second dish. Cooking
Make the dough. Flour (80 g), mix with 0.5 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of baking soda, add 2 tsp of vegetable oil and 100 g of sour cream. Knead the dough, if necessary add some flour (or sour cream) - I had to add flour. The dough put in the fridge.
In a pan pour 2 tbsp of vegetable oil to make a medium heat to stew and shredded carrot until soft (5 minutes), to make the fire on high and add chopped medium dice fillet, fry it for 2 minutes, stirring. Add 0.5 tsp salt, and pepper.
Cut onion finely and braise it in 2 tbsp oil until soft, then add 1 tbsp flour and fry for half a minute.
A thin stream pour a glass of broth (or milk), add 0.5 tsp. salt and pepper to taste and cook for 1-2 minutes until thick.
The dough to get out of the cold, roll out (if necessary prisypaya flour) into a circle and cover the form. The edge of the form lubricated with water, the excess dough to cut (I didn't have one because the dough turned out tender and soft). In the middle to make a hole for steam output. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, then cover with foil and bake another 15 minutes. I bake without foil, grill to brown the top. As did half a serving,then baked about half an hour.
