Tender, delicious muffins with fresh fruit (peaches, apples, pears) and cheese. Are prepared quickly. Melt in your mouth!

Cooking
Prepare the dough. Soften the butter (margarine) or RUB on a grater beet...
add 2 egg yolks, 0.5 Cup of sugar...
Divide the dough into 15-20 balls. Roll them in pancake and put into molds for cupcakes. (Number of balls depends on the size of muffin cups. I get 14-15 pieces).
Prepare cream: mix cottage cheese and 0.5 cups of sugar until smooth. (When there is no place to put the remaining egg whites, you can whisk them with the sugar in a cool foam and add the cheese. With this cream, too, all perfectly baked through).
Laid into molds the dough pour the diced peach (can be other fruits: pears, apples, plums solid) on top and cover with cream. About 1 tablespoon of cream on 1 cake.
Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
