Cooking
The dough is prepared in a water bath. Mix in a suitable dish the eggs, sugar, cocoa, honey and soda.
To put in the bath and, stirring constantly, add the butter.
Add 2 cups flour, quickly stir and remove from the heat.
Let the dough cool slightly, about 20 minutes. Then add another 1.5 cups of flour. It turns out viscous dough. Leave it for another 30 minutes to rest.
On a sheet of parchment, put the ring from the split form (f 24 cm) and spread 1/2 of the dough. With the second part doing the same. Bake in the oven at 180 gr. about 20 minutes (on 2 layers). Make sure that the cakes don't burn.
While baked cakes, make cream. Oil 400 g cut into cubes, add the coffee to 2 tsp. and put whip.
Add condensed milk and continue whisking.
Should get monotonous, thick cream. Cream cake is ready. And, of course, finished our cakes. Remove from the oven, cool on wire rack.
At this time do the treatment for 1 layer (upper). Mix 2 tbsp of honey plus 40 ml. of water to saturate the bottom of the cake. The bottom of the second cake layer (bottom) to saturate 50 ml of cognac.
Make a glaze. Mix all the necessary ingredients and cook on low heat until complete dissolution of the contents 6-7 minutes. Turns glossy, tasty glaze.
The lower layer (cognac) won't turn over. On top of apply the cream evenly.
Coarsely chop the almonds. A little less than 1 Cup spread evenly over the cream (I have raw)
From top to pour 1/3 of the glaze and cover with the following crust (honey).
Fluff the sides and top of cake with cream. Cream a little left.
On top of the whole cake (and the sides and the top) sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Randomly pour on top of the remaining (now slightly thickened) glaze. Put into the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
Welcome to the table. Help yourself!
