Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Ricotta

    600 g

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Chocolate milk

To separate whites from yolks and beat egg whites with 75 g sugar until cool foam, and the egg yolks with 75 gr of sugar until smooth.
