Cooking
To separate whites from yolks and beat egg whites with 75 g sugar until cool foam, and the egg yolks with 75 gr of sugar until smooth.
Add to yolks sifted flour and the melted, but not hot, butter.

Divide the dough into two parts and bake 2 round cake (in the oven 15 min at 180 g).
For the cream mix the ricotta with 100g of sugar.
Then whisk the cream with 50 grams of sugar (if available, you can substitute powdered sugar). Part of cream aside for decoration on top of cake.
Combine the ricotta with the cream. Our cream is ready.
Cherries are supposed to let the juice, which, with the addition of water impregnated with cakes. Then spread cherries on the bottom cake. Vkusnogo!!!
