Cherry Panna cotta from semolina
Delicious Lenten dessert from semolina.

Ingredients

  • Soy milk

    3 cup

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cherry

    250 g

  • Agar-agar

    4 tsp

Cooking

3 cups of soy milk to boil, add 3 tbsp. of semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar and cook for 15 minutes until cooked semolina. Add the lemon juice. Slightly cool and beat with a mixer, until the mixture has doubled in volume.
