Chicken with vegetables in Chinese style
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mouse-Katyusha called "Stew "Chinese treasures"" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Long will not describe. Just. Quickly. Bright. Dieting.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.25 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Salt

The first thing we need to boil broccoli. Put the cabbage in boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes. Then recline in a colander and pour ice-cold water (I read somewhere that it helps to preserve the beautiful green color of broccoli, always do)

Washed chicken fillet cut into long thin strips

Bell pepper and zucchini cut into strips.

In a frying pan with non-stick coating fry, stirring occasionally, chicken meat, when it "grabs", add to it pepper and zucchini, fry together for another minute or two, then add broccoli and fry together for 2-3 minutes, just prisoliv. Put the finished chicken with vegetables (cover so cool), and in the same frying pan, pour chicken broth, add the honey and soy sauce, bring to a boil and slightly ovarium, the taste you can add chili. At first I was afraid that the sauce is sweetish, but with vegetables and rice, which has a neutral taste, all combined quite well.
