Cooking
Chicken breast without the skin wash. Cut into small strips.
Put the fillets in a deep bowl or small sauce pan. Pepper, add olive oil (1 tbsp), juice of half a lime (or lemon) and soy sauce. Stir, cover, and let stand for 20 minutes.
In frying pan, pour olive oil and put chopped garlic.
Fry a little and add chopped onion.
Strongly do not overfry. Put the nuts. Sprinkle with salt and fry for a few minutes. Move the spatula in a bowl.
Now in the same pan we fry the fillet. Oil, not add more.
Until Golden brown on high heat.
When fillet is browned, add mixed nuts and onions with garlic. Mix well. Add the dry white wine. And let steamed for 10-15 minutes.
