To be honest, never cooked pumpkin! But I saw in the store these beauties, just could not pass up. Decided to experiment in the kitchen :) the Result was very tasty.

Cooking
Prepare all the necessary products
Wash the pumpkin. Cut off the top. Cut out the middle. Turns out, not so easy to do, but I managed :)
Prepare the sauce for the pumpkin. I took 4 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and garlic
Pumpkin flesh chopped, pepper, salt, add ginger (grated)
Simmer the pumpkin flesh on a slow fire, add the sauce.
Meat finely cut, add salt, add the onion half rings and sliced mushrooms. Then sprinkle dried capsicum and fry until the meat is cooked
