Pickled garlic sprouts I buy at the supermarket, where they call them differently, for example, pickled wild garlic. These shoots taste similar to pickles, but tougher. Therefore, I advise them finely cut.
Potatoes and beets to boil and cool. Cooked vegetables peel and cut into small cubes. Garlic sprouts "to shear" scissors pieces of about 1 cm Put the sauce into the salad and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, dilute it with water.
Cooking peanut sauce: Chopped nuts are folded in the bowl of a blender. Honey diluted with lemon juice, water and add to the nuts. Whip with an immersion blender until soopadoopa state. Season with salt to taste and add the mustard. Mix well. The sauce is ready! Optionally, you can add the sauce and herbs and garlic and spices, then whisk together with nuts and use as a separate dish. From spices I really liked this sauce with a pinch of cinnamon. Well and with cumin, fennel, black pepper or red. Mix spices in a sauce for this easy salad I do not recommend. Purpose - the taste of vegetables, you need to set off, not to disguise.
Decorate with ground nuts, black olives. Serve with greens and rye bread. Salad of marinated garlic in peanut sauce is ready! Bon appetit!
