The fish in the marinade from his Beloved wife
Sweet and sour fish in the marinade. Honestly, the recipe is not mine. My wife is doing. I decided to publish. I think that the fish can take any, depending on taste. You can of course there are hot, but I think that the cold, in the morning, delicious. :)

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame

    1 pinch

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

Take a fish fillet. In this case, was the perch. Cut into large pieces, put in container.

Add soy sauce, pepper, sesame seeds and a bit of black sesame oil and salt. Not perezalit. Soy sauce is already salty. Mix everything. Close the lid and leave for 30-40 minutes.

RUB on a coarse grater carrots, finely chop the onion. In a pan, fry the onion and carrots. When slightly browned - add tomatoes, sesame seeds, cover and simmer 30 minutes.

Put the fish in the pan and stew for 20 minutes. All of the roasting and quenching occurs virtually simultaneously.

Just need to prepare all the ingredients and 2 pots or pans.

That's all. Gently stir vegetables and fish. Don't need another one. Should the remaining pieces of fish. For my taste - fish taste better cold than warm.
