Chocolate rolls
Delicate chocolate dessert - combination of sweet rice and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

  • Cream

On the eve of the feast, prepare the ganache. In a saucepan put (pour) the cream. I used homemade, they have a fat content of 60%, so the butter in the future is not used. Bring the cream almost to a boil.

In hot cream, place the pieces of bitter and milk chocolate

Stirring constantly, melt the chocolate and don't forget to add the cognac. The ganache is ready. Cool and refrigerate at least 5 hours.

The next stage of the dessert cooking. You need to boil the rice. For making rolls, I used short-grain white rice "Kuban". This kind of rice ideal for preparing sushi and rolls.

I didn't have coconut milk, I made milk with coconut flavor. In the milk put the coconut and boil for 4-5 minutes. Strain the milk if you don't want the chips remained in the dessert. Add in milk vanilla.

In warm milk put rice and sugar, simmer for 25 minutes until cooked. Leave the lid of rice to cool.

Collect the rolls. Ganache place on a sheet of parchment, cover with another sheet and flatten to a thickness of 3-4 mm.

Do the same with rice. Roll out between sheets of parchment and place on the chocolate base.

Lay one side of the fruit according to your desire.

Roll up using the parchment roll. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

For dessert, you can prepare the orange sauce. Clear orange, teleroute it over a bowl to collect the juice. Press remnants of the juice from the orange. To the juice add chopped orange pulp, sugar and boil for 3 minutes. Dissolve the starch in 1/4 Cup cold water and insert into the sauce, cook for 1 minute. Cool.

Slice the roulade into rolls in the thickness of 3 cm On a serving dish, pour the orange sauce with the orange slices, put the rolls and serve. The combination of chocolate and rice with fresh fruit will not leave anyone indifferent. A wonderful dessert using rice.
