Easy summer dessert with strawberries, ice cream, yoghurt and rhubarb jam! I liked the fact that is prepared easily and quickly!

Cooking
In the garden a long growing rhubarb, but to cook with it was too lazy!)) This time decided to make an effort. Took 3 of the stem.
Cut them in small cubes, filled with water and added sugar. Put to cook for about 5-7 minutes.
When the rhubarb has become soft, fished it out of the pan and blend in a blender with yogurt.
Strawberries cut into circles.
With ice cream off a waffle.
In a container feed put strawberries, top sliced wafer.
Added strawberry ice cream.
Filled with yoghurt and rhubarb.
Also put a layer me ice cream after strawberry - chocolate.
All this time the syrup from the rhubarb is cooked with sugar and thickened to a state of jam. The last layer - strawberries, vanilla ice cream and rhubarb jam. Bon appetit!
