Savory biscuits with pistachios, and crab sticks
Very unusual cookies, fish with a pleasant nutty flavor.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    500 g

  • Crab sticks

    250 g

  • Pistachios

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

Defrost the dough and roll out a layer. Crab sticks grate on a fine grater(better to grate frozen).

Grind pistachios

Put on the dough crab sticks and pistachios.

Gently roll the dough into a loaf. Put it down the seam and a little splosives it with a rolling pin.

Cut the roll into slices with a width of not less than 1 cm.

Put the rolls on a baking tray lined food paper, and grease with the egg.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 gr.
